My Daughter Katie started seeing Rosemary when she was 18 months old. Her language was at a stand still, her communication was null. She is 6 now, has friends, talks, enters in talent shows...she is not limited. DIR helped her learn to have communication that was rich in affect and emotion. It helped her express herself in a way that is true to her self. Her treatment here gave her the ability to be all she can be. I know that sounds cliché but because I was also given the coaching to be able to help her at home, her possibilities are boundless. I developed the ability to understand my child which aided in her ability to develop without stigma and for her family to understand the what and whys in order to know "how".

My son, Wilson, started seeing Rosemary in 1996 when he was five. At that point, no one had talked with me about sensory integration and it was difficult for me to understand why he would melt down in certain environments. Rosemary shared ideas for coping in busy environments and modeled ways for me to work with him at home. The first pediatrician that saw Wilson after discharge from the NICU told me he would never walk, talk or be able to feed himself. May of 2015, he graduated from Bates Technical College in Tacoma with an Associates in Broadcast Television Operations and Productions and has just been accepted to Washington State University to attend the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. I am thoroughly convinced that Rosemary's influence is a major contribution to Wilson's success! Bless her and her amazing Associates!
